Here is the Kenmore Team month end real estate market update for the month of December.

December 2009
Active Listings = 925*
Listings Sold = 280
Average Sold Price = $197,100
Listings Under Contract = 230*
Average Days on the Market = 109

*As of May 2009 the way the Association calculates this number changed, so we have no accurate historical data to compare to.

As compared to last month, our active listing inventory decreased from 966 to 925. Our listings sold went from 325 homes sold in November to 280 sold in December. Our listings under contract went from 256 to 230. Average days on the market went up slightly from 110 to 120.
