I began my career in the mortgage industry to process loans and later became a license mortgage specialist. I acquired my Nevada real estate license in 2013 and have been licensed in Washington since 2017. I joined the Kenmore Team in 2021, as a Closing Coordinator and am now a Buyer’s Agent. In total I’ve dealt with different aspects of the property buying/selling process for 20 years+. I pride myself on giving my clients a realistic outlook on the housing market. Whether buying or selling, I understand that the process can be challenging and complex. I navigate through the purchase/sell transaction by allowing my expertise, strong negotiation skills and knowledge to bring about solutions, so that you can make clear and calculated decisions throughout the process.

I believe “Homeownership should not have barriers; everyone should be able to own a home!” I have worked with home buyer programs to provide buyers with the same opportunities as others. Some of these include: US Veterans, Teachers, Civil Heroes Police and Fire Dept, Labor Unions and First Time Buyers.

On a personal level, I am happily married and have a daughter, who is the source of my joy and motivation. Laughing is a must in our family, life is too short to not enjoy it! We are always looking for fun family activities to discover. So, please let me know of any you think we should try.
