The Kenmore Real Estate Team is proud to offer free real estate classes to the Tri-Cities community. The purpose of these classes is to help those who are looking to buy or sell a home and are looking to learn more about the process.
Currently, we offer 3 different classes to choose from: First-Time Homebuyers, Home Seller, and Buyer Bootcamp. Learn more about each class below.
First-Time Homebuyers Class
Qualify for downpayment assistance with this first time homebuyer class! This free class can help you feel ready and more confident as you take on the exciting, but sometimes scary, prospect of buying your first home! These free first time home buyer classes are held at the Kenmore Team.

Washington State down payment assistance class
- WSHFC-sponsored mortgage options and down payment assistance programs
- Completion results in a certificate of attendance, valid for two years, that is necessary for applying to WSHFC DPA programs

This class teaches homeowners how to prepare, price, stage, and market their home to sell confidently in today’s changing market.

Buyer Bootcamp
Our Buyer Bootcamp is designed to walk you through every step of the home buying process with clarity and confidence. We break down the current real estate market so you understand what you’re stepping into, explore down payment options that fit different financial situations, and teach you how to negotiate closing costs strategically. You’ll learn what to expect during the home inspection process, how to avoid common pitfalls, and why your credit score matters plus how to improve it before you apply. This class gives you the knowledge and tools to buy smart and feel prepared every step of the way.
