Hello, I'm KC

Hello, my name is KC Furstenberg and I am a Realtor with the Kenmore Team. I am licensed in both Washington and Oregon and am passionate about helping my clients sell their homes and find their dream home and will work tirelessly to ensure that you are satisfied with both your sale and your purchase.

Growing up in Alaska, competing in barrel racing, and managing and then owning restaurants are all important parts of my background. I started my real estate journey in 2019, and quickly fell IN LOVE with the process, the people, and the education. My favorite part of real estate is hearing happiness in my clients. Whether it be the excitement of an accepted offer, or touring the perfect home, I love knowing that I get to be a pivotal piece of a big change in someone’s life.

I love Eastern Oregon and Washington because of the versatility of the land. I love that one day you can be out on the Columbia River fishing, floating, Jet Skiing, or wakeboarding, then the next day be in the mountains camping, hunting, or off-roading. The beauty here in the high desert is all its’ own!

“This sale was a "Reverse 1031 Exchange". Everything needed to proceed properly for the sale to qualify for the terms of a 1031 Exchange. I was impressed the way Kenmore Team worked with the title company and things went off without a hitch. There were the usual glitches in getting to closing, and the Kenmore people pitched in personally to make it happen. When the closing date had to be adjusted, Kenmore was there to make that happen smoothly and without too many squashed expectations. 2 members of The Kenmore Team expended mileage and physical effort to resolve a couple physical property issues, all done without my request or involvement.
