We have rented from Kenmore for a couple years and truly enjoyed our time as renters. The team was always warm and welcoming and promptly addressed all questions or concerns. Maintenance was timely if ever needed. We would recommend property rentals to anyone, any day!
Most recently we purchased our first home, and once again we were very pleased with our experience. Brett and Kegan were more than willing to assist us and guide us through the entire process. It was very helpful to have their expertise from start to finish.

I want to share my experience with the Leasing Department with Erika at The Kenmore Team LLC. I was working with two other people and had lots of questions I had delayed responses or none at all via texting. I called the office and got Erika all three or 4 times and she answered every question I had and she's very professional. Living in Bellingham and relocating to the Tri-Cites isn't an easy task when finding the perfect home to lease.
