My background includes many moves all over the country in my formative years and the service industry in many different forms in my adult years. Focusing on The Tri-Cities, there is a lot to love here, but my favorite thing recently has been the burgeoning culinary scene. There are restaurants and food trucks popping up all over the place that are serving food that can rival any food in the country. The food here has come a long way from where it was when I was growing up here, and I’m excited to see where it goes in the future.
