We recently had the chance to work with Kimberly Rose on a sale where she represented the seller and we represented the buyer. She was fantastic to work with.
This purchase had a few tricky pieces because of the home and property situation, but she stayed on top of everything the entire time. Her communication was great, she did the research when questions came up, and she worked really hard behind the scenes to keep things moving. We have rented from Kenmore for a couple years and truly enjoyed our time as renters. The team was always warm and welcoming and promptly addressed all questions or concerns. Maintenance was timely if ever needed. We would recommend property rentals to anyone, any day!

I was working with two other people and had lots of questions I had delayed responses or none at all via texting. I called the office and got Erika all three or 4 times and she answered every question I had and she's very professional. Living in Bellingham and relocating to the Tri-Cites isn't an easy task when finding the perfect home to lease.
