Several months ago I listed our home with Kimberly Rose at the Kenmore Team. From the start, she was an impressive professional. Kim is easy-going yet professional with a polished style. Such an excellent communicator, which is extremely important in any contract negotiation. She was always very responsive, quick to return calls, and effective at coordinating inspections/showings with other agents. On several occasions she personally went above and beyond the call of duty with a high level of caring and professionalism. Most of the time the house was on the market, we were on vacation. She took care of everything. Kim successfully negotiated a very clean deal, with an optimal timeline, and with zero complications or hassle.

I then used them to rent a new place in the Tri-Cities and even brought a new unit next to my rental place.
